A few words from William My name is Chip Watkins and I'm fundraising to change laws that are allowing our pets to be mistreated and killed, with no recourse. By law, pets are considered property in 49 states. Only Oregon recognizes companion animals as sentient creatures. We have been indoctrinated and bullied into believing that our loved ones have no value, like a table lamp or chair. Animal advocates know that couldn't be further from the truth. Our companion animals are, in fact, sentient creatures. They have the capacity to feel, to think, to emote and to love just like human beings. Please click GoFundMe to read more.
A Long Island veterinary hospital allegedly used untrained receptionists to perform risky medical procedures on animals, killing a beloved dog who only needed treatment for an ear infection, according to a new lawsuit.
We are looking to promote truth and justice in veterinary malpractice. We are looking for people that have had any type of problems, issues, wrong doings, bad care etc. with the Patchogue Animal Hospital. Join me in a possible no cost class action lawsuit. Contact me by e-mail.
Until the mid-part of the last century, the term "malpractice" did not even apply to veterinarians (and still may not in some states where this profession is not listed under the malpractice statute). Recently, however, veterinarians have become subject to state malpractice actions.
